    Guest Speaker: Tammy Nicholson, Iowa D.O.T. - New I-74 River Bridge Proposal

    As guests of Quad Cities Bicycle Club we'll hear Tammy discuss the planned new Mississippi River Interstate Bridge with recreation lanes for running and biking. This is a great chance to learn more about the plans and to voice your support of this important bridge feature. Soft drinks and snacks provided. We will follow the meeting format established by our QCBC hosts.

    Guest Speaker: Dr. Kaminski, Active Release Technique

    Many area runners have been treated by Dr. Bob Kaminski for their sports related injuries. Dr. Kaminski has practiced ART since 1998 and treated athletes at the 1999 Pan American Games. Question and answer period to follow the presentation.

  3. December 10th, Monday, 7 P.M. The Col Ballroom, 1012 W. 4th Street, Davenport.

    Christmas Holiday Potluck, T-Shirt & Shoe donations accepted, CBRC Race Circuit Awards, and Club Meeting.

    This meeting has it all! Bring a dish to share. Plates, dinner ware, and napkins will be provided. Cash bar. Donate your CLEAN AND GENTLY WORN t-shirts and running shoes - we'll take them to local charities. End of year awards will be presented for overall and age group winners of the 2007 CBRC Race Circuit. CBRC club merchandise will be for sale - perfect holiday gifts.

  4. January 20th, Sunday Moline Community Center, 1615 5th Avenue, Moline.
    Doors open 4:00 P.M.
    Annual Meeting and Election of Officers, Dance Band, NFL Football Games Televised at the meeting, too!

    This is your chance to vote for candidates for the Board of Directors of CBRC, witness the presentation of annual recognition awards for contributions to our running community, and have some fun, too. We'll have a hot appetizers buffet, beverages, and a good dance band.

    $5 donation at the door helps pay for meeting expenses. (Of course, no charge to vote.)

  5. February 28th, Sunday, 1 P.M. Duck Creek Park Lodge, Davenport, Intersection of E. Locust & Marlo

    CBRC's Chili Chase 4 Mile Run
